    i forgot to say, but the techniques will not only help you avoid the sandbox, but will help you avoid all Google filters, AND increase your rankings as well.

    Yes Google sandbox is a problem

    I got to top of Google with a new site for some particular keywords

    I think I got out of Google sandbox

    The only thing I did n't do is
    a)building backlinks
    b)and submitting to directories

    there were some good natural backlinks to my site from which I am still getting visitors!
