I don't know where i am going to put this but I think this is the best section as it is not a webhosting offer...

I've checked the offers from webhosting recently and i think there are just a few decent professional webhosts.
Some offer Unlimited diskspace/Bandwith. As this is not possible in any way. No-one can give unlimited diskspace/bandwith. There's always a limit.

And if i tell them the truth they say me that i am insulting people

    –verb (used with object)
    1. to treat or speak to insolently or with contemptuous rudeness; affront.
    2. to affect as an affront; offend or demean.
    3. Archaic. to attack; assault.
    –verb (used without object)
    4. Archaic. to behave with insolent triumph; exult contemptuously (usually fol. by on, upon, or over).
    –noun
    5. an insolent or contemptuously rude action or remark; affront.
    6. something having the effect of an affront: That book is an insult to one's intelligence.
    7. Medicine/Medical.
    a. an injury or trauma.
    b. an agent that inflicts this.
    8. Archaic. an attack or assault.

I think that's not realy insulting.

What do you guys think of this? Is telling the truth about Unlimited webhosts, insulting?

Unlimited HDD space is impossible, whereas unmetered bandwidth is available. Still it is not unlimited , as on a 10 Mbit connection, even if you use it to max potential each & every minute, there is a max limit to the monthly usage.

If they say you are insulting them, just stay out of such threads.

You are right no one can give you an unlimited space/bandwidth. It is always better to settle with a good host rather than save some $ only to lose more in the long run due to downtimes.

I know of hosts that offer unlimited but if you make thier server slow down then they will tell you to buy a dedicated server or they will just stop showing your domains. Quite harsh, but I understand the reasoning behind it.

Yes, then you don't need to tell that its unlimited. It already starts there, with having limits on their server capacity.
