Most SEO friendly - Wiki or Wordpress -

Hi

Im starting a new site, and was wondering about what would be the most Search engine friendly alternative.

I am familliar with WP but havent got to Wikis yet.

The thing is, i would like to use a wiki so users can edit pages themselves. This can not be done with WP, however if a wiki is worse SEO wise, i will use WP.

So what do you think, Wiki or Wordpress?

 

You can assign Wordpress users Admin status to they can edit pages.

I havent used Wiki but as far as SEO goes with Wordpress there isnt much that needs done for it to perfom well.

The problem with assigning Admin status to users is that i can not control what users have edited. Or am i wrong?

In Wikis edited content can be approved by me, or any other user i grant access to do so.

 

You can give them Editor status but I am not sure if you can control exactly what they edit.

 

If you want to let users edit content, then a Wiki is the way to go. I like the link structure better with WordPress though.
