Now that is just dumb. Why run and hide behind some sort of authority keeping the big boys from whooping you after you started it? Work it out, stand your ground, explain yourself or bow out gracefully and start posting something that can benefit ppl in here rather than making accusations. Just so you know:

You won't make yourself look better by making others look bad. Seems to be what you have tried to do. It doesn't work like that.

If you want your reputation to change, give us a reason to believe in you.

 

Actually, if it was my business then I wouldn't be posting here crying
I'd be speaking with a legal bod. Especially if it turned out to be a competitor who was doing the posting.
Had the original post been made on one of my servers, then it would have been quarantined as soon as I was aware of it - otherwise, I could also be held liable for the accusations made (in theory) - and the original poster would have had his account frozen immediately.
