It depends on the category of searches carried out by different category but I think Google report is available to see and above mentioned word is true that its most searched

The highest i have found to be honest are anything sex related and usually the pornographic terms for sexual acts. Another one is free put them together and well generally thats they are the highest searched keywords. Also you need to think about current social trends. often shifts in the publics way of thinking creates fluctuations in the popularity of keywords. To give you one example think of the current economical climate and the effect on populations all over the world. Repossesion, bad debt, financial worries, unable to get credit or being made redundant. i can assure you keywords related to these examples have had at least a 200% increase in the past year. Last year a similar story with climate change. My advice think words that have some global significance. Also why not try this free tool to help you see what people are searching for.....
