The best I could come up with was christmas, it is extraodinarily high, I guess because people are home during christmas. You don't need the highest volume keyword. You need a theme that has a decent volume of searchers AND not a lot of competition. The time you have spent searching for THE BEST KEYWORD could have been spent developing a decent website. Even if you find your hypothetical keyword today, you won't be in time to get that website ranked in google for that keyword in time for Christmas.
I really struggle with finding a good set of keywords - can anyone help me out a bit. I have read all the info here but I am not happy that I have found the best words to use. Can you use the graph from google help decide on K/W's it seems good data

Actually it shall go like this way: content then keyword, but looks like now you want to find the keyword first, and then plan your content. I don't think this is a good project.
