Hi there, I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times before, I had a quick look but wasn't really sure if I found the right thing... basically i'm wondering, if I made a new website sorely to earn money from Adsense, what would be the highest-paid subject? I mean, would I earn more money making a car website than a dog website? I'm just interested in finding out what sort of subjects are of most value. Also, do these values change around much? I mean, it would be pretty annoying to make a website about cat food when in a few months it drops from the most profitable subject to the least profitable subject. Thanks for any help offered. Matt
Do you honestly believe people are going to tell you their secrects so you can profit from their years of hard work? Also there is no single subject that is most profitable, sure insurances pay more than paperclips per click, but since there is alot more competition for insurances it will most likely mean that you will earn less in total than if you had started a site about paperclips. Now if you know what you are doing it is OK to start a site about insurances, but since you asked this question it is apparent that you are just starting and therefore it is much wiser to start a site with a topic that isn't that competitive.
Search for 'High Paying Adsense Keywords' in this forum or in Google and can create pages, that could be easy, but the tough part is to get traffic on those keywords..
I've always heard that anything related to "mesothelioma" will bring the highest-paying ads... that could be an old wives' tale, though.
Thanks for all the really helpful responses. I know it was a longshot, but I was interested to see which are the most profitable subjects, obviously I understand that things can change and it's ultra competitive etc but I was just curious. Thanks for the help. Matt
I've had a look around, just wondered if theres any kind of list with the website topic and the average pay per click? Or something similar? Matt
I dont know about the list you mentioned but somebody gave me this link: http://www.johnchow.com/index.php/th...google-whores/ How true - unsure.......
it would all depend on the keywprds that you use, the content of your website and the way you advertise your website... ofcourse you also need to know your target market
What about a property site like the one in your signature drpepper, how much do you think that would earn per advert click, if you don't mind me asking that question? I don't just mean yours because that might not be your website, but a property website in general? Matt
