I think Y! buzz( Y!'s bookmarking website) is still more popular than G bookmarks. But Why is that "stumble upon" , "Digg" are more popular than Serach engine bookmarking websites like Google bookmarks , Y! buzz. My vote goes to "SU", simply because easy to operate and completely fun. Also gets good traffic for you.
