Most popular "smaller" search engine

    Ok so Google, Yahoo and MSN are the big 3 but I was wondering which of the smaller search engines gets most traffic?

    I see that I lot of people is talking about websites like Dogpile as a SE but when I visit them I see that they just bring results from other SE and put them together.

    I think it is altavista. But altavista is a yahoo company and the results you will be getting from altavista is almost same as that of yahoo
