    Real State & Loan Ads will pay you more than any other... use high paying keywords in your Page Title & Article & domain name too if possible...

    Many of the money niches too, because the potential profit for the banks, lenders, credit, finance is so worth what they per for a click.

    if you want those you have to compete with all the other sites, its a lot easier to focus on something that pays 60 cents per click and generate huge amount of traffic
