Most of my social bookmarking links are not picked up by SEs

    I've submitted links to a number of social bookmarking sites. Even though a few weeks have passed, very, very few of them show up in Yahoo's backlinks or in Google Webmasters.

    Any tips on how to get these links to be recognized?

    Most don't show up. Doesn't mean that G is not counting them.

    Also - it takes a while for G to index you backlinks.

    Are you running Google Analytics or Similar? You can easily find out through these analytics programs that search engines keep coming to your site! It takes few weeks minimum for these search engines to update there back-links.

    I suggest you to look for professional link building and SEO services. These smart guys can help you gain back links fast!

    I'm not worried about search engines crawling my site. I'm concerned because the search engines are not picking up the links to my site on the social bookmarking sites.
