Okay GTech, in a (no doubt vain) attemt to get this debate back onto an adult level, please tell me what there is to 'get'?

Surely you are not suggesting that you've been arguing all along over something you admit you don't get? Is that really what you want people to think?

This really is very simple.....

You claim you don't want to travel to Thailand as you'll lose your head.

I ask for evidence of any Tourist ever having being decapitated in Thailand.

You can't provide any.

Actually, that one came way later (not that I ever mentioned anything about tourist beheadings anyway) after I sourced a small sampling (what, 7-10 links) of recent beheadings in Thailand to support my original comment. Somehow, you thought *those* beheadings didn't count, then complaining when additional terrorist links including bombings and the killing of one of your own countrymen (a tourist) were provided.

No, you've fully demonstrated that you don't get it. Australia gets it. Other countries get it. Other tourists get it. Other Britons get it. But MattUK doesn't get it.

I haven't a clue, he deliberately tries to be obtuse when he loses track of the discussion. I don't hold it against him, It just scares me that it'll happen to me when I get to his age

yea cause when reading the tread could follow along with what was being said and then wham it was like what is he saying, it got confusing after that
