    For me link building is one of the most important in doing off page optimization, well it's different from on-page optimization, of course keyword analysis and design of the website is also important but for one page optimization. You cannot choose one from there.

    I would say Marketing Strategy. If you don't have this, even though you rank high on all of your targeted keywords, all kinds of optimization is non-sense. It's important to get sales rather than to get high traffic/rankings without any conversions.
