Most Important Backlinks ?

I want to know that which backlinks are the most important from SEO point of view and how to get these links.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I dont understand your question, but maybe backlinks from Yahoo directory, Dmoz directory, Edu, Gov are the most important, but to get listed here you need to have a good site with good content....

Any backlink from an authority site would be considered good.

For backlinks, you can either obtain them naturally, or fork out some money.......

 

Relevant links from sites that are an authority on your subject are the best ones to get.

 

Relevant links on sites with high PRs are gold in Google's mind. If you're aiming for direct traffic, go for relevant links on sites that are more of an authority (like a .gov).

 

Links from authority directories could be of immense value.

Links from relevant , high PR , traffic sites are important and while developing backlinks , go for the quality and not the quantity and make sure you dont drop your link in linkfarms .
