Depends on what kind of people you ask. Ask this question in India and more than 95% will name only one country

 

I hate indian politicians (not the country u r thikning )

 

Could it be that France are often sticking out with their foreign politics(often anti-American, sometimes even pro-Chinese) and makes EU a passive organ?
