If you have tried many different methods of marketing your site, what has seemed to work the best for you?
Personally, I use article marketing the most. It's free, and if done correctly it is very effective and driving traffic to your site and building back links to your site for SEO.
Best marketing strategy would be using any pay per click advertisement wisely (specially adwords) and combine offline advertisement(local medias like newspapers and flyers) with it.
The majority of my traffic is from MySpace, but I want to rely less on that and more on search engine traffic.
I`ve had good results with traffic exchanges. Of coarse it depends on what you are promoting. If you decide to use traffic exchanges, you really need to use squeeze pages for good results.
