Most cost effective way to get pr

    I want to get my new site to a pr of 7 asap by buying links on other pages. What is the cheapest/fastest way to do this and how much do you estimate it would cost me?

    You'll need lots of backlinks from high PR websites :)
    Don't know other ways...
    I got PR5 for my blog @ last PR update, I had no backlinks, that's weird :?
