I took a review copy, and here is my review: I received the links and they were indeed dofollow, and had PR. The pages had 0 OBL, which was a very good thing. I am quite surprised, yet extremely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend it!
One small addition that I forgot to mention. About 50 of these dofollow blogs are auto approved ones.
