    Taking all 3 criteria into account, it should be 3 different countries -

    In Tech - Japan

    In HR - China

    In Finance - India (though developing, soon the America centric focus would be shifted to India)

    Japan got into international manufacturing markets from the 60's
    onwards. They have become a manufacturing super power in their
    own right (China/India too). USA is still world leader in technological
    and logistics scale but are some what rivaled/paralleled by the
    combination of all the countries in the EU, Kind of like ants vs a
    tarantula.

    Scandanivia or America or Britain they just are so far ahead of the rest of the world it is absolutely amazing how far ahead they are. After traveling the world I am amazed at how dominant America is at almost everything its mind blowing actually.
