    I think its JAPAN or SINGAPORE

    most of the IT companies and software companies are developed there.
    Although their lifestyle is kinda laid back you can see that their gadgets
    are advanced. And they value their research and inventions

    Japan is financially backward (10 year recession due to extreme corruption and bad loans, generally bad banking system).

    Its the USA we were the first to put man on the moon,
    Yeah Japan makes alot of our stuff but that is because ti is cheaper, our auto company's pay 30 plus dollars an hour plus full benefits at general motors.
