Most accepted sites for YPN

I know many people are going crazy trying to get into YPN (aside from the people who are already in) but I am tired of sitting around and waiting, I want to make a few quality sites and apply them to YPN, my current sites have been denied (arcade, humor ect.,).

Instead of asking for invites, I'd like to ask people that have have already been accepted into YPN two questions and they are...

    - What kind of site did you apply with when you got accepted?
    - When was this?

Hopefully YPN members who answer this will help the majority of people who haven't yet been accepted try to do something about it instead of going around trying to get invites (something I have never done :D). Thanks!

Make a quality site with original content, YPN wants sites with content not available anywhere else, especially if its centered around a niche. Make a site comparing different toothpaste on the market or something. Think outside the box, do some research get some content, get traffic, and your in.

How about we reverse our thinking patterns.

DON'T MAKE A 'MYSPACE Resource' site, tell you that right now o_o.

I want to know what type of sites get accepted as well. I just applied for theblackparade.net, I think that might have a higher chance of getting in than my other sites.

My site was just approved today. Talked to a guy on the phone and he mentioned that he really liked the quality of the site. He asked me a lot of questions about my site content and its uniqueness. Was very pleased to know it was very niche. Also mentioned that it was the only site of its type in the publisher's network.

Granted, he could be just saying all that to make me feel all warm and fuzzy.
