    We are selling our 4 year old website http://www.truelending.com. This site has a solid PR5 (PR6 next update) with almost 1 million back links from Yahoo, Google and MSN and more than 200k pages indexed. The site without advertising gets about 5000-10000 unique vistors a month on the main domain. We have also 5 sub-domains that get another 1000-3000 unique visitors a month
