Hi Everyone, Can you guys give a general idea of what this site and domain are worth: www.truelending.com PageRank 5 Yahoo backlinks: 750k Google backlinks: 19k Over 80k pages indexed. About 10k visitors a month Website generate mortgage leads and sell them in real time at an average of $50 per lead. Aquisition per lead $10-$30 via PPC, Affiliate Networks(ClixGalore, Shareasale etc.) Last 12 months net reveune about 80K Hosted on a dedicated server with MSSQL and mod-rewrite for SEO. There are few mortgage companies named True Lending LLC or INC that I thought to offer it for sale. Currently own also .biz and .org extension Any ideas? Thanks,
Depends on if the site is monetized to its max potential but I would guess you can get $100,000-$120,000 for it. Also depends on how long you have been earning that amount and how stable it is. Very nice site though.
You can get $150k for it, if find the right buyer. I would suggest to stay away from companies named the same, and market it to all interested parties. I heard some cases in which companies ceased a site owner because they used the name of their company in their domain name (even if they had no TM), and made a great headache for the seller. Talkie
Just the last 12 months I got very serious about marketing the site via affiliate networks, newspaper text links and PPC. I do believe though that to the right hands of people the site can fully developed and very profitable. So, should I approach first True Lending LLC (wholesale lender with about 30 loan officers) and try to sell it or postit on an auction site(Any Website Auction site recommandations)? By the way the domain is 4 years old, no issues with Trademark name since is registered as business in Washington and also Member of BBBOnline in the same state.
If it does not have TM then that is a very good news. I do not recommend you to put it up on auction on any site.. you will not get an end user price there, but offers under the value of your domain. You could still take a look at Sedo or Afternic, but they are mostly for domain sales. I recommend you to personally contact by phone or by fax major mortgge companies with less internet presence... they would better buy your site now for $150k or $200k than waiting 1 or 2 years till they build it that big. This is the only approach I recommend if you want a fair price for it.
Hi there, do you still own this site? It seems to go straight to mortgage.net now. Just curious if you've just got it iframed. Thanks.
