    the nic.tk gave .tk domains for free since else no one would have used them... would that be usable for an appraisal? ;) :)

    .tk is free except for premium domains.
    Mortgage.tk has some traffic.
    Parking revenue for just 2 months is more than 150$+.

    I listed it on ebay. Many offers were there.
    Unexpectedly the auction went @ $100 !! (I realised later that i listed in a wrong category)

    Still awaiting for the payment from the high bidder.
