Mortgage sites for rent

I am looking for someone in the mortgage industry to partner with

I have few mortgage sites that I have been having difficulty with, I have not had good luck with affilates on them.

They probably need to be redesigned, and I think maybe lots of adsense drives people away. One has a screwy domain which probably doesn't help with click thrus.

That said they have some great rankings

2 rank for "name of state" + "mortgage"

and one ranks for a general mortgage term that gets supposedly get like 290,000 searches per month.

I am looking for someone to rent the sites on a monthly basis, someone who is good at converting mortgage traffic. I couldn't sell them outright the rankings could go next week, (well actually I could sell them out right for the right price)

The price would be really reasonable considering the rankings which the sites have. But frankly so far I am pretty disappointed in the traffic the rankings are bringing, I mean I am front of ditech.com , I should be rich.
