Yeah, the look is very good I think. Nice colors, layout, picture.

Didn't take a look into the content, but it looks like you got a lot of the right topics there.

 

I like it. Nice look and feel. Would suggest adding "Special FHA Mortgages" in a sub-heading somewhere since that is the hot product these days. How do you plan to market the site?

 

did you chose that topic becoz of adsense high paying keywords?

I like this web site. It looks like a good site to bring a moderate amount of traffic. Green color looks tantalizing. I also think this is a super hot topic. The domain name isn't bad for web based traffic, but not good for offline traffic to later visit the site.
