    I am looking to sell my newly created blog in the mortgage niche. The site has just recently been completed and has 1 unique (small) article and a couple small pages. I built this site to rank very well for the keywords in Google and it should be on the first page of the Google for these keywords in less than 2-4 days.

    The keyword receives 14,000 monthly visits and once on the front page this site will easily receive 50-100 visitors daily. Currently the site is monetized with Adsense but any mortgage rate affiliate would be fine.

    Along with the site if you need any help getting this site to front page I will help you. This is a very easy keyword to get to the top with so it is a deal in the making. My friend currently has a site with almost the same keywords but lower visits per month and is making $100-200 a month without any work or promotion! This is your time to shine...
