Mortgage domain with revenue

    Hello. How much do you think Mortgage-Corner.com is worth? Currently parked and making approx. $25 to $30 per month.

    Domain was registered as far back as 2001.
    The-Mortgage-Corner.com is taken and has been registered since 2004.
    TheMortgageCorner.com/org/co.uk are all taken and have been registered since 1998, 2007 and 2001 respectively.
    TheMortgageCorner.org is currently a blog.

    Appraisals please? :)

    Based on parking revenue stats should be worth a fewyears revenue.

    Hypen takes away its value but some have been sold for quite a decent sum.

    The name itself is not that good to be honest specially and hyphen just decreases the value, but based on the revenue its worth at least mid $xxx imo.
