As much as you want to put into it. I add a few articles a week to the blog and ping them with blog fusion and share them on twitter.

What challenges are there with running this site?
Keep the content coming and you will get traffic and ranking.

This is a mortgage calculator website with a Custom made script. I am using word press as the main CMS I have installed the Blog Fusion plug-in which has very powerful features and will come with the site. (Watch some videos on youtube).

I'm also running a plug in which puts adsense within every post.

I have made $115 with adsense over the last 30 days. $78 this month already.

I recently added 550K backlinks to the site.

I did paid promotion for traffic which has been working really well. 19K visitors THIS month alone.

Domain is registered at godaddy and can be transferred to the new owner. Website is hosted at Siteground and will have to be moved to your own hosting.
