Hey there, I was considering creating a mortgage calculator for my client's real estate website. I searched google, but could only find other mortgage calculators, not not the actual formulas they use. There seems to be a lot of different types of these calculators out there. Does anybody have a good reference to where I can find the formulas? If it is a formula and calculator site that I could use as a model, that would be great!
