Mortgage Affiliate Programs Suggestions?

I researched for mortgage affiliate programs and found 3 of them. Anybody using this? if you have any experience in the following, please put your comments or if you know of a good mortgage affiliate program, let me know.

I don't know about these sites, but I was doing good will LendingTree before they closed off their affiliate program. And I've haven't done good with INGDirect either.

i never test, but paid on results have mortgage affiliate programs.

 

The one's that I listed are high paying. I am somewhat surprised that they are paying $50 - $75 per valid mortgate application, which is somewhat high. Typically, $20 - $25 is an average payment per lead... But, if those programs are well established, then I might just sign up. I am looking to sign up for a network so that I can work on several mortgage companies affiliates at the same time...
