I am about to start a new venture and just looking for advice.

I have been a licensed insurance agent for about 6 years and know the ins and outs of the business. I have come to realize that making more than $80,000-$100,000 in personal production is pretty difficult and have decided to start up a membership site offering:

    Contract review
    Scripts
    Lead generation methods
    Consulting with me
    Daily training sessions
    et.

This would be focused on new or stuggling agents.

I am ultimately looking for ideas on how to market this site. I know the content I think I should have, but trying to decide the best way to drive targeted traffic. I'm also on the fence on pricing.

Any advice would be appreciated. There is really no one doing this, and I have the knowledge and expertise to pull this off, but lack the web marketing knowledge and site building skills.

    Thanks!

I would also consider a percentage profit for someone that could help me fill in the gaps.

sounds like a good idea to me, I would just concentrate on SEO for long tail keywords like insurance agent training, maybe you could use youtube for your training videos and make some of them free and some of them you have to come to the site and sign up

If you want to get members who are also in your field, try finding websites related to your niche. I'm not sure what any big insurance/finance blogs are, but they're definitely out there. Contact them about your cool new service and ask them politely to write a post about it. You can also get some free press releases out - just search for "free press release" or something to generate more buzz.

You're also going to want to SEO for terms like "Insurance agent training," "insurance agent help," "new insurance agent tips," etc. like ninjashoes said.

Hope that helps you out. Good luck - it sounds like an awesome niche idea.
