    Mourinho is effective. But is he the best? I don't know. His teams don't play exciting, entertaining, attacking football which is good to watch. His teams might be very organised and effective tactically and defensively, but they don't make me excited. :)

    Mourinho...becoz he has won it with so many teams and in so many countries..He builds his team while Pep has more or less inherited this team...Will be interesting if Pep moves to some other club and we'll seee how he performs there.
