    i would say $xx too. A couple of problems with it: mortgages is not a subject to be careless (and have typos...) as a business. If it were a .info you might get away with it. Anyway, you might want to contact mortgage companies, they might have a better idea and be willing to pay more for it.

    If only it was .com :)

    It's a good one nonetheless. Put some auto content and post 3-5 fresh articles per month. That is 1 fresh article per week. You may get lucky.
