Trending, trending and trending. It's actually a really good way to generate traffic, it worked well back when I did youtube and such. But I am no expert on Dailymotion either so.
Social Media, Youtube and other channels, and if you are just using dailymotion then interacting with people on that website with comments / follows and stuff like that.
