    obviously you should work on traffic. if no. of click increases from same IP address then certainly Google will have negative impact on your site. you should more work on traffic than click. because if traffic increases then chances of getting click also increases.

    You can't work for clicks to increase them, the only thing u can do is to increase your traffic and like that u should get more clicks = more money.
