You have to know your targeted visitors by targeting the right keywords for your website. Targeting the right keywords = sales. So, perhaps you should first do a keyword research for your site then update your site.

And making your call to action (BUY NOW) larger, bigger, in a prominent color.

Determining the cause of poor conversion rates can be a complex process. Whether somebody buys from you or not depends on many factors. Here are some examples:
-poor quality traffic....traffic is from wrong region or from irrelevant keywords
    -low traffic volume
    -high prices
    -untrustworthy looking website
    -confusing website
-missing key information such as faq or refund policy

Your website may be suffering from several of these factors. Here are some specific flaws of your website
    -looks spammy & unprofessional
-contact page describes you as an IT & web design company instead of epos experts
-overwhelming website with too many links
-low PR, which usually means low rankings & low traffic

You have a major ecommerce page flow problem too. Once somebody adds something to their shopping cart, they return to that product page. You are basically telling them to reconsider instead of asking them to proceed with the sale.
