I am not sure I understand 30K's post about reporting a guarantee.

I bet that 60 days is the limit to get your money back from paypal.

Actually paypal doesn't protect non hard goods at all. You file a complaint, they wait a month for me to respond, then they upgrade it to dispute. At that time Paypal asks for some info like tracking numbers to which I reply that it was a virtual product. They deny your claim, game over until you sue.

Now, will you please quit bumping this thread with nonsense. If you go back to the very FIRST post in this thread, you know the one you ordered from, the terms of this agreement are very clear. You obviously read the time limit as you are freaking out that I am trying to somehow steal your $69. You can't go around talking b/s and filing claims because you think you might get scammed.

If after 60 days your affiliate earnings aren't at least $160 you will have the option for a full refund. At this point we would keep all sites built for this project."

I AM NOT STEALING $69 OR $6900 WHEN MY ENTIRE BUSINESS IS SELLING THINGS TO WEBMASTERS.

For you to assume so is ridiculous.


Edit: On that note, please nobody request an order. We will no longer be offering this or anything like it because of the fallout from people panicking even though the terms they agreed to aren't near complete.

I am 'freaking out' because there is no communication from you, apart from, 'I have been busy', sometime ago.
If you had kept us up to date it would have helped things a little.

How busy do you have to be not to be able to send a PM saying 'sorry I am still looking into your site/deal/offer'.

Every time you bump this thread I get dozens more PM's to wade through from people asking questions.

Anyhow, I saw no need for constant communication as the terms were easy enough and I do answer all PM's I get. Your $69 isn't going anywhere, and if you want it back today just let me know. Us being busy is irrelevant to this when we still have over a month to complete our obligations before owing anyone a refund.

I ordered from 30k, and yes he took some time but he offered a great product. And I waited. In the terms its say you have to wait 60 days, if you weren't willing to take that chance when you sent the money than you shouldnt enter the damn deal.

 

That is not the point.
I, (we), paid $69.00 and then heard nothing from 30K.
If he had said, "you won't ear from me for 60 days" then I would understand.

The deal claim that a new site will be created, I don't even know if that has been done. I don't have a clue what has been done or what is expected from us.

The point is not really the money, it is more the almost non existent communication.

What happened to 30K Challenge? He is out of communication for over a month. His last visit to DP was 3 backs week. Tried sending PM. No reply. He is online in MSN messenger but never answers me. What happened to this offer? I believe there are some more like me who paid for this offer.

What should we do? I think it is late for a Paypal charge back anyway. It is not only about money but also trust. Cant believe someone so reputed like 30K Challenge will do something like this.

Yeah, same here, I actually sent him an PM the other day that has been ignored yet again.

I am amazed at the fact that no one in this thread seems to complain more.

30K obviously has no intention of refunding us yet there is no negative itrader, no red rep, nothing.

yes. I learned a lession from 30k Challenge when you see someone said they will refund you back, please carefully to think about it, even they have many +1 itrader.
