forget about adsense in this forum , just enjoy your staying here and learn as mush as u can .

by applying what u learn here u will earn much more ...

 

Shawn has done great job, we salute him ,i guess its divided into two half,50% he get and rest 50% is share between us who are using adsense ads, am i right ,if wrong correct me .

And what about the moderators.. They are also working hard - (I cant imagine a tougher job than reading message like this ) ... I don’t know how he distribute, but I was Shawn (like if sun rises from west ) then I would had distributed it like this :-

50% to me.(i mean Shawn)
5% to the moderator.
5% to the person who started the thread.
3% to the person who post highest number of message.
2% to the person who post second highest number of message.
1% to the person who post third highest number of message.

Now the rest 35% could be equally divided by all , including Shawn , mod , thread starter , person who has send messages in that thread , visitors to the thread who are member.

Can any body write an algorithm for this: D

by the way people don't come here just to earn google adsense revenue ,people are here to share thoughts and help somebody, get helped by somebody.as i didn't came here for money i thought this forum could give me some knowledge about webmastering so i joined ,and adsense revenue sharing is just a fascility provided by shawn as a part of member's great contribution to this forum for helping others newbie.just a sugar in your coffee.
and yea i don't like the idea of giving money for highest poster ,as people will start spamming the forum ,so i guess we are all satisfied with it ,
if you have quality thread then everyone like to read so chances of more clicks,so it all depends on how you post.

Having to do all that comparison and then retrieve everyone's adsense ids would slow down the page loading.

Don't waste your time with anything less than 50% of the adsense sharing. The CTR is soooo low here.

No need to notify Google. It is accordance to Google TOS.

Also, it is not necessary to paste channel ID, alternatively, you can just use URL channel in your adsense account for "forums.digitalpoint.com"

 

you have an option to setup adsense channel through that you can track the results
