    I`ve registered yesterday and added one website to the system, but couldn`t find the option to submit more than one website. Is it possible ?

    each website needs a different account. once you create accounts for all of your sites you can collect the weight in one. this option can be found in the settings

    Diffrent account ?

    I never heard about most stupid thing, every link exchange system I am using at the moment didn`t require registering a new account for new websites I want to submit to the system.

    New username, new email address ... what for it is ?

    What is the purpose of this ?
    Safety reason, or what ?

    just a new username. you can have as many accounts as you wish
    each account is limited to 50 ads anyway
