more quick update

I want google to update my site more quick, any suggestion for meta tags

 

If you add a sitemap-it will get it index quickly.

 

Here are a few pointers:

- Make sure you're updating your site on a regular basis. Once a day would be great.
- Continue to get links. The more high quality, the more Gbot will come around and index more frequently.
- Make sure your site is indexable. This will help interior pages get indexed on a regular basis.
