More male or more female

Are there more male or more Female internet users in the world?
In the west, i would consider it a 50/50 possibility with the chance of more female to male ratio, but in Asia, (especially where religion discriminations are practical), the ratio could be 20/1 in men's favor, what do you guys think?

It should be near to equal. As few sites got more female visitors while others got males. And its about whole Internet not any specific site.

It's logical for people in the west to say EQUAL, but in the east where religions discriminate, it's obvious that women are prohibited from using the internet
