hello, I'm sure this topic has been covered but I couldn't find any results using the search function (there was just too many results). Can anyone clarify that the more impressions on an ad will equal less money when clicked? thanks.
can anyone clarify this? because if this is true, then wouldn't it be better to have lots of ads rotating with large sum clicks rather than 1 ad having lots of impressions and small pay clicks?
so if it's cost per click then wouldn't making lots of ads and putting them on rotation be a better idea to make money or does that not work...
I don;t think that statement is true.. I think the price of clicks all depends on the ads that are clicked.. you may just be getting low paying ads.. just my 2 cents
I've been wondering about this also. I have quite a few impressions, very very very few clicks, and low $$
CTR is a factor in how much you get paid. Lots of impressions and few clicks will in theory mean that these clicks will cost less for advertisers. That's my understanding but I could be wrong. I have pretty low clicks also.. and from my channels I think it is from the type of ads that gets clicked.. impressions don't mean a thing.. it just counts how many views you get.. the click is more important.. from what I noticed the link ads gets more per clicks then the text and picture ads.. just my observations
From my experience, there is no relationship between CTR and $$. I have a high CTR site (with high traffic) and low $$ and I also have a site with a very low CTR and very high $$.
well, I was just wondering because whenever I get a lot of impressions, the clicks seem to be like only $.01 and on another page, which has less impressions, the click value is "overwhelming".
