    Ya, thats true. But the problem is there are very limited user available with G+ account. So there could be a tough competition of getting true visitors to your site.

    My theory is that +1 is really good for the people who +1'ed you (your site will rank higher for their queries when logged in to their account). This might not sound too powerful but considering the value of a repeat customer/visitor this could be incredibly valuable.

    Yeah I've heard it too. But I think it's not official information. For today over 75% internet users are registered in social networks and google try to do something with that. Will see any results in future.

    I was waiting for something like this to happen. I first read about this when someone at the launch asked the Google guy, if it would affect searches and he gave a pretty evasive answer. I just wasn't expecting it to happen so soon. Anyway the more +'s your site will have the more better the chances it has of ranking well in the SERPs.

    Yep, I see this as being a problem, getting the plus ones is going to be pretty limited. I've liked a few of my sites but then in reality surely this is going to be open to spammy type people... a bit short sighted.

    No I can't see it, if they allow this then the sites which employ unscrupulous people tp keep adding +1 will earch the top of Google, this will not fot with Google's approach to having quality landing pages at the top of their search engines.
