I understand that mods can't have the time to discuss individual infractions, that's fine. However it would be great to add a little more information to the FAQ / Rules sections.

I have seen some long time members on here banned, i guess because they got too many infractions.

Today I got 2 infractions for exactly the same post - it was dupliucate thread infration. Apart from it being 2 infractions for the same single post, I didnt see how my post was duplicate anyway, so I guess there is a risk of it happening again?

Also the infraction says "private" instead of given a link to the thread.

In the FAQs it would be great if infraction explanation could clarify:

    1. Examples of duplicate threads
    2. Explanation of what "private" means in the "Post" column.
    3. Whay you can get more than 1 infraction for the same post (or was it just an error in my case?)

I am sure greater clarity will help other DP members.

    Thanks :)

You had three different thread on the topic:

WTB - Quality Real Estate Links

These three threads were merged together and the duplicate posts deleted.

Check out the infraction sticky in suggestions and feedback for more information regarding infractions.

Duplicate = the same thing, a copy.

Private means the post was deleted.

You can't get two infractions for the same post. You can get two infractions if you post the exact same thing twice.
