First off, forums are great because I listed a few with go daddy auctions and immidieatley got the scam email I leaned about from this forum.

    Can you accept 4,800 usd?

Our client has a 50,000 usd budget for several names.

But without a valuation certificate our client cannot be sure in the sale price. Moreover, our accountant and tax services always ask for valaution certificates. On the other side, it's very important for us in terms of brokerage. As a brokerage service we are interested in good valuation because our client pays us our fee based on the appraisal certificate. So the higher appraised value the better for you and me.

Our client does not allow us to valuate names. We must use a third party service he trusts. To avoid mistakes he (his name is Nakagami ) asked domain experts about reputable appraisal companies. Please check this blog with suggestions from other sellers and buyers to our client:

It will also help us to avoid cheap services and low valuation results. If you have any questions regarding the best appraisal service for us feel free to contact me.

Please bear in mind, if the valuation comes higher you can adjust your asking price accordingly.

After you send us the valuation via email (usually it takes 1-2 days to obtain it) we'll continue the process. Do you sell domain with a web site or just the name? Domain without content is ok with our client. Web site is not necessary.

What is your preferred payment method: Escrow.com, International wire transfer, PayPal.com or something else?

    So my question is,
    orangecountyelectrician.com
    solarcalling.com
    riversidecountyelectrician.com
    lacountyelectrician.com
    lacountyplumbing.com
    solartreefrog.com

Are these worth anything and can I sell them without spending money to do so, I don't mind giving up a commission if they are worth anything.
I was told the first couple names were valuable but I don't have any idea on where to go to sell them or what they might actually be worth. I've got a long term injury and need some money to keep a roof over my and my wife's head.

    Thanks
    Mustachio
