I bought another domain with ipower, red-jumpsuit.com. The log in information that was emailed to me was incorrect. I have two other domains with them and I've never had this problem. It says. Any suggestions on what I can do? I already emailed them and they never reply, it seems they don't care about their customers.
Call them. I see a phone number on their site. They also have a Live Chat feature. Have you tried that?
Maybe I'm blind or something, but I don't see a live chat feature. I did try to call them but they ended up hanging up on me after I waited 20 minutes.
Thanks, I saw that after a while. It doesn't work though, it made my browser crash after a while of waiting. I also called them and they put me on hold, but they hung up twice! gr
