Got an updated TOS just now on logon.

They've also added Payment History under the My Account tab.

New forms of payment have been added (Thank god, EFT funds transfer has been added).

A new type of ad unit: Ad Links by Google.

    Looks like some fun stuff!

When I tried to log into my Google AdSense account using browser I get a page: Google AdSenseTM Online Standard Terms and Conditions and checkmark at the bottom: "By checking this box and clicking on the I Accept button"... and "I accept" button.
I checkmarked the box and pressed the button, but it will bring me right to the same page.
It won't let me Accept the Agreement.
Is any of you experiencing it now?
Looks like some kind of a glitch or something.
    Joe

Well, samething happened to me first time I agreed to it.
Then I closed the browser and tried again and same agreement showed again, and since then I wasn't able to log in anymore.
That is so weird. I already sent them a message. But who knows how long it will take for them to reply.

Really, you reloaded the page and it worked?
I tried this like 10 times, refreshed, closed browser and tried again. Nothing.
I even went to different computer, still doesn't work.

I think non-US residents will be excited about the possibility of receiving payments in their currency.

I am personally not very excited about the new ad unit. I am not sure how it improves anything. Anyone have this implemented yet?

I really wish Google would tell us what the bloody changes to the T&C's were. I don't have the old T&C's on file to diff the changes.

I implemented it in my blog. Check it out. I'm still not sure if it really is all that great. Time will tell as I've got a channel set up so I'll monitor it and see how it works.

it eventually worked for me, maybe they have some problems with their system?

I accepted first time - and was ok. Then when i relogged it was back again, i accepted - nothing, still there. So i relog, accept again and then it dissapears. Well, it can show itself again i guess ;)

And All new links that they posted on my account are not working, so they are just finishing this, so dont worry i guess

I checked out your implementation: looks good.

So I guess it's the links without the desciption text. I guess it could save a lot of space if space is an issue on a particular page.

    They are offering:

Local currency checks: Google will convert your earnings from US dollars into your local currency if this option is selected. Available to publishers in 35 countries, local currency checks are generally less expensive to deposit at your bank, and take less time to clear. For instructions on selecting local currency checks as your form of payment, read How do I sign up for local currency checks?

Secured Express Delivery: Secured Express Delivery ensures that your check arrives quickly and safely by using a courier service to send your check to you. You can find out more about Secured Express Delivery, including related fees, by reading What is Secure Delivery?

Electronic Funds Transfer (BETA): With Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), your payment is deposited directly into your bank account in your local currency. To find out more about this beta test, please read What is Electronic Funds Transfer (BETA)?

Just remember that EFT isn't implemented for February payments. Feb payment should be approved within 10 days or so and will still be mailed by check.

If you select a new payment model before April 15th, it will be in place for the March payment.

Yeah EFT are definitely greeted with open arms here.... Hopefully will also cut down on the bank costs and time it takes the check to clear!
