    Hi guys.

I have a newish website it's domain is only four months old, and has been indexed on Google for about 3 months.

It's gained a huge amount of backlinks from over 150+ websites. 80% in same niche and all between PR1-PR6 and containing the anchor text i want to rank for.

In total i have have 22,000 Backlinks

But yet i'm back on page 10 for my main keyword and all my compeitors are ranking 1st - 10th on page 1 with only 19,000 backlinks.

All my onpage SEO is correct, just not yet ranking.

Is there some sort of filter, or holding period?

You got good backlinks in short period and I hope your site is not banned by google.

I think your keywords may have higher competition.
Can you give us your site and keywords for what you are targeting?

22.000 links from only 150 websites = sitewide links = bought links = spam = no rankings

Add to that that you probably have only 2 or maybe 3 different anchor texts and you will never rank for anything

Make it look natural and you will be fine in another 6 months or so, if you are lucky and google hasn't yet forever decided that the website is spam

Never paid for any links, The site is new and people are linking it in blogs, forums etc. I can't name the site but can tell you it's much better than other sites in the same niche.
