    The PR Valid and Aged Domain - with a July 2013 Registration date - was my first indicator.

    In order to keep domain age, compadre, you must either buy before it drops into 'cool off period' or pay your domain registration bill every year.

    It is a normal blog which can accept guest post and you can create more category to accept difference guest post

    So in that case, why would any one not simply start a new blog with say, WordPress etc for FREE, rather than paying you for your blog?

    I am just trying to understand as to what you are offering here and if I am missing some thing!
